Tenderers may use a quick and convenient method of searching by a qualified search profile. The HAD replaces the own daily search according to certain search criteria by a daily e-mail service that submits selected notices. For an amount of 100, - € per year, this additional service can be set up.
By using the HAD, contracting authorities may shorten their time limits up to 12 days in European procurement procedures. The HAD as an authorized, passive OJS-eSender forwards announcements generated with the HAD software to the European procurement platform Ted using XML schema. The technical hotline supports public clients in publishing their notices.
Due to the expansion to an electronic procurement platform, tendering procedures can also be proceeded paperless. Instrument for this is the eHAD.
